Welcome to Leaf & Co where we strive and believe in a strong connection to nature and the art of hand crafted products.

As all our works are repeated designs, no piece is exactly the same which is the nature and process of creating a piece from the ‘artists’ proof’.  Every work is original and contains its own individuality and character showing irregularities and quirks that is the beauty and nature of pieces made by the human hand.  However, all pieces are examined and assessed and no piece is sold that is considered a second or with major pattern or ceramic flaw.

Due to the nature of making small individual batches by hand, please understand that the colour, design and firing process may vary between orders and may also differ slightly from the images shown.  

Before placing an order, please ensure that you have completely read and understood our policies and shipping information including current processing and turnaround times.

We will endeavour to have as many items produced in our studio ready for dispatch.  However, some items may be, at times, sold out and time will be needed to replenish stock of our works.  As described in Shipping & Ordering, we will strive to pack your orders securely before shipping.  Unfortunately there is a possibility of delays, damage and loss of parcels during postage and in this case, we cannot be held responsible once orders are handed over to the respective shipping service.  All orders are shipped with either tracking or registration.

We do not accept orders through third party shopping sites such as Luvocracy or Fancy.  These orders will be cancelled.

For returns, if you are not 100% happy with your order, please do contact us with your reasons and we will do our very best to help.  Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns and may be able to arrange another solution.  We do not accept ‘change of mind’ cancellations or returns.

If you do wish to change your order, please contact us by phone within 12 hours of placing the order.  Once the order has been dispatched from our studios, we will not be able to change your order.

If you have concerns about processing or delivery times or if you need your order urgently, do contact us prior to placing your order.

If, in our reasonable opinion, a customer acts against these Terms & Conditions, we do reserve the right to cancel or suspend their involvement in a sale.  This includes non-payment of ordered products or fraudulent use of our website and/or sales.
