  • Where are your products made?

    Each piece of Leaf & Co is handmade and fired in our Mt Glorious studio using Australian mid-fired clay. All pieces are designed to emphasise line, shape and functionality.

  • Are your products food safe?

    We produce products that are sealed with a top glaze that is lead-free and safe for contact with food. Please contact us for further information.

  • Can I put my ceramic cups or platters in the microwave, oven & dishwasher?

    We would not suggest putting the ceramic pieces in the microwave. However, they can go on the top shelf of the dishwasher. As they are all one-of-a-kind and handmade works of art, it would be preferred to hand wash in warm soapy water just to keep your items very safe.

  • How long does it take to receive my order?

    Online orders are processed and dispatched within two-three business days. For any items not in stock, please allow approximately six weeks for the items to be handmade in our studio and allow additional time for delivery.

  • Can I change my online order once I place it?

    If you would like to change any item for a different colour (of equal or less of value), please email us info@leafandco.com.au or call our studio on +61 405 390 293 as soon as possible after placing your order and we'll try our best to accommodate.

    However, if you would like to change your item for higher price point we would need to cancel your order. Please get in touch and we can help create a new order for you.

  • How long does shipping take?

    We use Australia Post & Border Express for orders being sent within Australia - depending on the final location & items within the order. Once your order has been dispatched, please allow the following number of business days for it to reach you.

    Standard Metro areas (excluding Perth, Darwin & Hobart): 3-5 business days Rural areas (including Perth, Darwin & Hobart): 5-10 business days

    Express Metro areas (excluding Perth, Darwin & Hobart): 1-3 business days Rural areas (including Perth, Darwin & Hobart): 2-7 business days

  • Do you ship orders internationally?

    Unfortunately, we are not able to ship internationally. But please email us info@leafandco.com.au before placing your order, and we may be able to assist you directly.

  • Can I pick-up my order in one of your stores?

    We are currently offering pick-up at either our Mt Glorious Studio or from a local inner city Brisbane address. At checkout, select Local Pick Up and in the notes section, please let us know which location would suit you best.
